There is a good sized, well-proportioned sitting/dining room with an attractive bay window, a spacious bathroom and a fully fitted, well equipped kitchen with a new fridge and a new integrated washing machine.
The apartment has the benefit of having a well stocked convenience store nearby, if you ever run out of anything.
There is also a choice of restaurants & bars just a short walk away, for those times when you would like to eat out.
